- WHERE AND HOW WE WORK -
Being a lifestyle company, maintaining a work-life balance is crucial to us. The majority of the work our team produces is created remotely using online collaborative tools to communicate. This also allows us to expand our network, grow our team, and creates a successful, flexible work environment.
Oh, and coffee. Lots and lots of coffee!
- THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MMP AND TMP -
Motivation Media Productions (MMP) acts as an "umbrella" that oversees a variety of services with the intent to cater to any need in the realm of leadership consulting. The Motivation Place (or TMP) is our central "hub" of communicating our motivation to you. In other words, TMP is the face of our production company's brand.
Meet The Founders
Our team consists of a variety of individuals representing 3 generations with a wide-range of expertise in legal writing and editing, journalism, team-preneurship, leadership, and mentorship.
Jessica Parsons
Jessica Parsons has always had an ambition to create digital content. After earning a degree in English Writing from Northern Michigan University, Jessica has worked in a variety of roles in journalism, from being a freelance writer to an opinion editor. In addition to her contribution to Remotely Crazy and Moto30 for Businesses, Jessica is the heartbeat of operations at Motivation Media Productions, LLC.
Keith Bean
Keith Bean is a retired United States Marine Corps Master Sergeant living in Clarkston, Michigan. Over the last two decades, Keith has guided thousands of leaders across multiple industries to achieve breakthroughs in team performance. That ongoing passion led him into creating Motivation Media Productions, LLC, where he’s committed to providing valuable motivational content, executive leadership retreats, as well as coaching and consulting services.

Mike Roeder
Mike Roeder has enjoyed successful careers in journalism and law. After having spent over 20 years as a journalist at the Peoria Journal Star, Mike received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Mike is a passionate advocate for indigent prisoners in Wisconsin. Additionally, he has been an instructor in legal writing and continues to volunteer as a tutor at the Literacy Council in Madison. Mike provides lifelong wisdom and expert counsel in his role as a VP at Motivation Media Productions, LLC.
